This is a voluntary form, and our system records whether or not applicants chose to participate. We'll gather and store the data from your form and deliver it to you monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually (you decide). You may also retrieve your data at any time and export it into your own HRIS system. Pre-Qualifying Questions with Library and Scoring This option allows your company to create and define an unlimited amount of questions within your Account Library. Our pre-qualifying questions are Yes / No in nature and can provide essential or non-essential information about your applicants. You can specifically choose your pre-qualifying questions, and they can be assigned through the posting form. Pre-qualifying questions may also be marked as default questions. Default questions that are marked will automatically appear and be asked on all of your job postings. You can also use the Scoring option with your pre-qualifying questions. Scores may be tied to assigned values which tabulate positive, negative, or knockout results. When you use this option, applicants will be ranked according to their tabulated results within the Applicant Tracking System. Applicants that scored the highest will be ranked at the top of your list for priority viewing while other applicants will be listed in a descending order according to their scored results.
