About Us
Woodhouse Auto Family is a Nebraska-based company that began in 1975. For
over 35 years, we have been determined "to provide you with an experience that
exceeds your expectations!" In do so, we have grown in 7 Dealerships, 2 Quick
Lanes, and 2 Body Shops that are spread across Blair, Omaha, Bellevue, and
Missouri Valley, Iowa.
Our People
Woodhouse has not only grown in dealerships and products it offers, but in the
number of employees it has. In 1975, Woodhouse had 24 employees and now,
in 2011, Woodhouse employes over 630 people. We hire people cultured in
the proper principles: work ethic, honesty, sincerity, loyalty, faith, and
stability. Our staff approaches their livelihood not as a job, but as a
career where they can foster life-long relationships with both co-workers and
customers. Do you possess great communication skills? Are you someone who
has the drive to exceed every customer's expectation? Do you thrive on giving
great customer service? Are you ready to start your career? We invite you to
go to our Website for a complete list of current job openings and to fill out an
application. We are always looking for honest, hard-working people to join
our family.
Community Involvement
Woodhouse is more than an auto dealership. We pride ourselves on being a
family. We spend the majority of summer weekends traveling from town to
town, supporting local community parades and festivals. We want to be
involved in our local communities and make it a priority to give back to our
loyal customers and keep them updated on the newest products and services we
offer.
Code of Conduct
There is a code of conduct that we must all abide by. We call it the
Woodhouse Plus. The horizontal line represents respect. We all sit
on this line as equals and must respect one another. No one has the right
to disrespect any other based on position or job responsibility. The
vertical line represents responsibility. Our job places different
responsibilities on each of us. If part of your job is the responsibility
for other people, be sure to keep these lines separate. Do not abuse your
responsibilities by not respecting your employees when you have charge of
them. Decisions in every part of our life are guided by your personal
standard of ethics. This defines the quality of your life and the people
around you.
